Background
To provide a waterproofing solution that was capable of sealing the numerous interfaces and protrusion details as well as providing a continuous, seamless perimeter edge detail. It was imperative that the system was capable of waterproofing underneath the low eaves of the adjoining metal roof.

The Solution
The Polyroof 185 membrane installed as part a full warm roof construction. Being liquid applied enabled the system to fully seal in and waterproof the complex protrusions and difficult eave detail.

Cold applied for maximum safety with minimal disruption to the running of the school, the system carries a 20 year insurance backed guarantee. Having received BBA approval in 1998 with a durability rating of 30 years, Polyroof 185 has an excellent track record of keeping water out in tough climates likes the Scottish Highlands.
