The Project
Refurbishment of an existing Manx Government Pay and Display top deck car park.

The Solution
The project was a fast-track construction and the programme time was critical. We had to incorporate a Migutan FP90/25 into the entrance to provide a waterproof joint and a seamless finish with the TREMCO Deck Coating.
The client visited a locally completed TREMCO Car Park and was impressed with the applied TREMCO system. TREMCO visited site and carried out tests to ensure the substrate met the required strength to receive the coating.
