Background
The client had been left with a single ply roof that had numerous tiny mechanical penetrations through the membrane. Unfortunately the main contractor had gone out of business, leaving the client with a leaking roof.

The Solution
Wethan 275 & 280 Flashing polyurethane products were applied directly to the existing membrane. The upstands and detailing were waterproofed using Wethan 280 which is a thixotropic liquid containing fibres. The field area was coated using Wethan 275.
