The Project
Replacement of existing waterproofing system to provide new 10-year warranty system for client.
Due to a change of ownership a new waterproof/wearing surface was required to the upper level of the Russell’s Hall Hospital staff car park.

The Solution
This necessitated the mechanical removal of the existing waterproofing system followed by installation of a new MMA Rapid Cure Flexible system.
Parking space is at a premium at this facility so, this technology was crucial in facilitating the fast-track refurbishment of the structure to allow return to service in the shortest possible time.
The individual layers of the system cure in 1 hour and the completed system can be subjected to vehicular traffic in 3 hours. The project was completed in a 31/2 week contract period.
