The Project
St Stephens MSCP is a 260-space car park situated in Norwich city centre, popular with shoppers and businesses. The roof deck waterproofing was suffering from degradation and was allowing water ingress to the parking deck below.

The Solution
NCP contracted their Framework Contractor PBM to carry out the works. The works included removal of the waterproofing in the drive aisles and the installation of an MMA Rapid Cure Flexible System. In the parking bays the existing polyurethane-based system which was not badly degraded was overcoated with a new polyurethane system to provide a further 10-year life. New line marking was installed to the whole car park as part of the works.
