Axter
Axter designs and manufactures high quality, fully integrated, robust and innovative membranes for roofing and waterproofing as well as civil engineering structures. Offering multi-discipline roofing and green roof systems, Axter manufacturers hot melt roofing solutions and has become the latest manufacturer member of the LRWA.
Based in Ipswich, Axter provides waterproofing solutions for commercial, industrial, residential and public sector sites across the UK.
SPV Group
As the association’s latest contractor member, SPV Group offers a nationwide service for the refurbishment and maintenance of buildings in the commercial and industrial sectors – including liquid roofing and waterproofing.
With 30 years of experience in the sector, SPV Group has a combined workforce of more than 100 operatives – all highly trained and experienced in the installation of a wide range of waterproofing systems and products for roofs, car parks, balconies and walkways. The Group’s headquarters is based in Aldridge, Walsall, and has a transport fleet of more than 40 vehicles.
SPV Group also provides services in cladding, glazing, curtain walling, slating, tiling, shopfitting, structural repairs and gutter maintenance.
Permicoat Ltd has established an enviable reputation for the high quality of cold applied liquid membrane applications to roofs, balconies and gutters, the professionalism of its people and the excellence of its customer service and aftersales.
Run by a management team with more than 30 years of ‘hands on’ experience of contracts both large and small, Permicoat can demonstrate a proven track record in a wide range of industrial and commercial environments. The company holds a strong track record of providing long-lasting solutions to clients’ building-problems with the best quality workmanship.
Permicoat has built a prestige client base within the coatings Industry and not only service’s clients in the UK but also overseas and boasts completed contracts in Malta, Sweden, and the Cayman Islands.
HD Sharman
Associate members, HD Sharman, is a BBA certified gutter lining specialist with its headquarters based in Derbyshire. With more than 30 years of experience in high-performance gutter refurbishment systems, HD Sharman manufactures the market-leading Plygene Gutterline system for gutter refurbishment in the industrial and commercial sectors. Offering on-site and technical support, the company also provides contractor training at two of its purpose-built training facilities, CPDs and specifier support.
EagleView UK
EagleView provides detailed, fast and accurate property measurements for roofing, cladding, and solar projects using its Pictometry® aerial imagery software. With a fleet of more than 115 aircraft at its disposal and a 3.75 petabyte data library with more than 350 million images, EagleView offers more coverage and third-party integrations than any other aerial imagery provider – and is the LRWA’s latest associate member.
Its calculates and reports roof length, pitch, and additional features on residential and commercial properties, including waste calculation summaries. Launched in the 1980s in America, EagleView has come to the UK and supports the Greater London area.
