Liquid Roofing Systems Ltd is a UK-based leader in manufacturing high-performance cold liquid applied roofing solutions. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Regional Technical Manager to join our expert team and support our expanding network across the region.

About the Role

Are you commercially driven with a strong technical background in flat roofing? Do you enjoy building relationships, supporting sales growth, and being hands-on in the field?

At Liquid Roofing Systems Ltd, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Regional Technical Manager – a commercially focused, technically strong professional who will support both sales and technical activities across North and East London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and East Anglia.

This is a unique opportunity helping grow our presence through distributor engagement and contractor support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales growth by identifying opportunities with existing and potential distributors, contractors, and key decision makers
  • Develop strong commercial relationships with distributors, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Provide technical input during site visits, meetings, demos, and trade days
  • Conduct training for approved installers at our training partner locations
  • Represent the business at trade events and demo days
  • Carry out site inspections and provide technical advice to ensure installations meet system requirements
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team to deliver best-in-class support to our customers and end users

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong blend of technical confidence and commercial awareness
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and spot new opportunities
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer-facing skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organised, able to manage regional workload independently
  • Full UK driving licence
