Technical Surveyor - StructureCare

The Role

• Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections
• Assist with the creation of diagnostic reports
• Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs
• Perform site investigation surveys
• Conduct core testing on car park / roofing projects as required
• Conduct peel adhesion testing as required on roofing projects
• Assist in the creation of RAM’s for all surveys

The Person

Job knowledge – Prior roofing inspection and diagnostic experience including patch and repair skills

Construction and Testing – Showcase ability to carry out on-site testing with specialist equipment.

Planning and Organisational skills – Ability to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management

Collaboration – Good communication skills and the ability to work across various departments, with various stakeholders to achieve best outcome for both the business and its customers.

Job Type: Full-time and Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Due to the nature of the role, evening / early morning hours may be required.

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
