Site Working Supervisor - Cemplas Waterproofing & Concrete Repairs Ltd

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Liquid Roofing
Site Working Supervisor to join our team. This is a physically demanding role
that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part
of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Day
  to day on site supervision of colleagues and sub-contractors for small to
  medium concrete repair schemes
• Assisting
  contracts manager with programme requirements to ensure projects are
  complete within timeframe.
• Organising
  plant & materials.
• H&S
  checks, briefings etc.
• Remove
  debris from roof area prior to applying liquid materials
• Installing,
  repairing or replacing PU and PMMA waterproofing systems to a high
  standard
• Laying
  standard and tapered insulation schemes
• Knowledge
  of surface preparation techniques for cold-liquid applied systems
• Clean
  and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow
  safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Work
  in accordance with method statements and risk assessments
• Work
  collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• CSCS
  card
• Experience
  of working on-site, in a supervisor capacity.
• Possess
  a conscientious and positive attitude to work.
• Willingness
  to attend training courses, as and when required.
• Willingness
  to travel and work away from home, as and when required.
• Possess
  a full, clean UK driving licence.
• SSSTS
  or SMSTS preferred but not essential as training can be given.
