Job Purpose
To develop and maintain close working relationships with Polyroof Approved Contractors (PACs) whilst providing guidance and mentoring to ensure that PACs carry out roof installations to the high standards required by the Company.
Qualifications
The following qualifications would be advantageous if already held, however supplementary training will be provided to the post holder where required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the flat roofing industry
- CSCS Card for a flat roofing discipline
- Working at Heights
- Asbestos Awareness
- Ladder Access
- Mobile Towers (PASMA)
Principal Accountabilities
- Organising and prioritising your own workload to enable tasks to be carried out in an efficient and effective manner (whilst allowing flexibility to deal with any short-notice but high-priority tasks).
- Working with and communicating with Clients and Main contractors at different levels to ensure the work completed by the PAC meets both Polyroof’s and the Client’s requirements.
- Representing the Company in a professional manner and in keeping with Company policy for etiquette and behaviour.
- Conducting roof surveys to assess existing problematic areas, challenges and other issues in order to provide appropriate advice to the client
- Providing on-site technical support to PACs including troubleshooting, QC and best-practice demonstrations.
- Carrying out on-site monitoring and inspection of PACs during live applications to critically assess performance and report accordingly.
- Conducting in-house and on-site training for new and existing PACs in-line with the Company’s training procedures and syllabuses.
- Inspections of completed works to identify any areas of concern and subsequent evaluation to determine whether the roof has been completed in accordance with the Company’s standards.

- Permanent contract, working full-time hours Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm, and Friday, 8am to 3pm.
- Salary negotiable dependent on level of experience 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays which will increase after 2 years’ service by one day per year, up to a maximum of 27 days plus bank holidays.
