Alpha Specialist Roofing Ltd undertake commercial and industrial roofing projects of all sizes, ranging from remedial repair works to major refurbishment projects. With an extensive working knowledge and 25 years’ experience in all aspects of roofing we are able to offer a wealth of expertise in the roofing refurbishment arena and confidently bring new solutions to old problems. Alpha are fast becoming specialists in the application of liquid roofing systems. Our experience in the use of a variety of liquid systems means we can ensure that the right method is applied to provide a long lasting solution to all types of roofing.

We can offer structural waterproofing with guarantees of up to 35 years, liquid applied zero flame waterproof membranes with 25 year guarantees and TPO single ply membranes with a 20 year guarantee. We install the new building integrated photovoltaic systems (solar energy panels) and offer a range of extensive green and bio-diverse brown roof coverings, bringing us up-to-date with the latest ecological roofing solutions. As well as embracing modern technologies, our reputation has been built on a thorough knowledge of traditional roofing methods, including the use of hard metals, such as copper and zinc, allowing us to meet the requirements of even the most demanding refurbishment project.
