Our consultancy operates UK wide for public and private sector clients. We work with building owners, facility managers, surveyors and architects, providing independent advice and services in the commercial and industrial roofing sectors.

We assist our clients in maintaining and upgrading their roofing assets throughout the lifecycle of a building. Our approach to business is to evaluate the existing condition of a building’s

roof(s), and make detailed recommendations based on the needs, budgets and expectations of the client. Experience has shown that the key to roof longevity and low life-cycle cost is a planned preventative maintenance and lifecycle programme.

We help our customers manage their roofing assets and get best value for money by providing the following services; Roof Surveys and Leak Investigations; PPM and Lifecycle Plans, Design Specifications and Budgets; Project Coordination; QA inspections; and Annual Roof Check and Gutter Clearance.
