Manufacturers of a range of cold liquid applied waterproofing and protective systems for flat and pitched roofs. Elastaseal is a moisture triggered polyurethane system designed for flat roofs. Systems range from 10 – 25 years expected life. The Elastaseal 25 year system has a BBA Agrement certificate. Suitable for use as cold, warm or inverted roof designs, allowing the specifier to design roofing system to aid compliance with Part L of the building regulations.
