Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Working Site Supervisor to join our
team, you must have experience in concrete repair, resin waterproofing and
liquid-applied waterproofing projects in the Midlands and North regions. This
is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the
ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Day
    to day on site supervision of colleagues and sub-contractors for small to
    medium concrete repair schemes
  • Assisting
    Contracts Manager with programme requirements to ensure projects are
    complete within timeframe.
  • Maintain
    accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, work
    orders, and material usage
  • Organising
    plant & materials.
  • H&S
    checks, briefings etc.
  • Cutting
    out defective concrete using grinders and handheld breakers
  • Carry
    out concrete repairs using Sika, Fosroc, Weber or similar products
  • Clean
    and maintain tools and equipment
  • Follow
    safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
  • Work
    in accordance with method statements and risk assessments
  • Work
    collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

  • CSCS
    card
  • Experience
    of working on-site, in a supervisor capacity.
  • Possess
    a conscientious and positive attitude to work.
  • Willingness
    to attend training courses, as and when required.
  • Willingness
    to travel and work away from home, as and when required.
  • Possess
    a full, clean UK driving licence.
  • SSSTS
    or SMSTS preferred but not essential as training can be given.
