The Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association (LRWA) has announced Unilin as the headline sponsor for the LRWA Awards 2027, taking place on Wednesday 17 March 2027 at the Titanic Hotel, Liverpool.
Unilin Insulation is the first LRWA associate member to become headline sponsor, demonstrating its commitment to the liquid roofing and waterproofing sector as the awards celebrate their 10th anniversary.
Part of the wider Unilin Group, Unilin Insulation has been manufacturing PIR and Phenolic insulation for the UK construction industry for 40 years. Its flat roofing range includes insulation boards, thermal ply boards and tapered roof insulation systems for warm roof build-ups, including those waterproofed with liquid-applied membranes.
The 2027 ceremony marks 10 years since the LRWA Awards were launched in 2017. Building on the success of the sold-out 2026 event, which welcomed more than 430 guests from across the liquid roofing and waterproofing sector, next year’s celebration will once again bring together contractors, manufacturers and suppliers. The ceremony will also take place on St Patrick’s Day, adding an extra reason to celebrate.

The LRWA Awards recognise the quality, professionalism and workmanship of those working with liquid-applied membranes. Project entries are reviewed anonymously by an independent judging panel and assessed against detailed criteria.
Nominations for Trainer of the Year close on Friday 30 October 2026, while entries for all project categories close on Friday 27 November 2026.
